First work day with this challenge. All in all, not too shabby.
(focusing on the positive)
I stayed in my calorie range.
I walked stairs instead of riding an elevator.
I drank all of my water
I was up on time and not rushed going to work.
Still, I have *opportunities* to improve. Like, more time in the schedule for my lunchtime workout, reach for ways to reduce stress instead of giving into it….which I will have MASTERED 97 days from now. Right?
